Brass

Recycled brass is highly prone to tarnish.

Completely avoid wearing your brass jewellery while swimming or while engaging in any type of physical activity that may lead to perspiration.

Clean your brass jewellery by rubbing it with lemon(and baking soda paste, if you have any), or ketchup. Then clean and buff out using a micro fibre dry cloth.

Store in dry places away from sunlight. Preferably in a jewellery cloth bag.

Silver & Gold Plate

A silver or gold coat typically takes a longer time to tarnish compared to  recycled brass.

In case your plated jewellery starts getting dull or needs a good buff, use a dry microfiber cloth. Rub the jewellery until it regains its shine.

Plated jewellery is prone to tarnish or peeling if exposed to chemicals or humidity. Avoid spraying perfume directly onto your jewellery.

Do not wear your jewellery while swimming or engaging in physical activity that may cause perspiration.
